I am very disappointed at the customer service and the cake itself. Before I decided to choose this place of business I read some of the reviews and decided to give this place a chance. I sent an email with questions and details that I wanted pertaining to the cake. I didn't get an email response within a few days so I called and followed up on the email which took awhile for them to find. However, benefit of the doubt was given, and I decided to go to the business and still try to order a cake. When my mom and I walked in the store there were no other customers there. It was about 11:00 am and we were hopeful to speak with someone about what kind of cake we wanted. I do not recall the ladies name that I spoke with but I'm assuming she is the owner of the shop. She was very impatient and seemed to rush my mom and I about decisions for the cake. When we just went to pick up the cake she did not greet us at all. However, when the next person came in behind us she greeted them. She proceeded to ask my mom and I if we needed help. She brought the cake out and I was very disappointed at how it looked and how out of place one of the elements of the cake looked.(See picture below). She told me to send a JPG picture of the "graduate nutrition fact sheet" and she would be able to print it off with no problem. It was suppose to go on the front of the cake but it is on the back and I'm assuming she tried to hide it because it looked a mess. Needless to say I will not be purchasing another cake from this place of business again but I already knew that after my first encounter with their poor customer service. You would think during a pandemic that people would be appreciative that you would even be willing to spend your hard earned money at their business but I guess this was not the case. Also, my sister found multiple long strands of blonde hair in the cake. We did not eat it and took it back. She did not apologize at all but she did give us a full refund.
